The pool villa was divine, I could spend the whole day there. The food at the pool bar was yum and the staff were amazing. Special thanks to Mr Sreejith Pillai for recommending this fab place.

The front office staff had no time for late check-outs and the billing process took ages. Great time wasted, just what I needed!

Very close to airport and massage facilities need more than 1 staff, 45 min massage should be 45 mins and not 30 mins as was the case for both me and my wife

Room needs to cleaned between 9am to midday Not at 5pm as was the case, otherwise good overall

saj earth resort in nedumbassery was a great choice for a city break. attentive staff, beautiful gardens, and delicious food made our stay memorable. the pool was clean and the room had a waterfront view. highly recommended.

Saj Earth is conveniently close to Nedumbasherry airport & its a wonderful place to relax considering its proximity to the airport. We had to catch our flight the next day but we did wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel. The staff is friendly & courteous & we would come there if we come back to visit Kerala.

Nothing really to dislike about this hotel except that the sheets were not spotless. Though they were clean the stains were visible so we had to remake the bed in order to avoid sleeping on the stains.

i happen to be there only for overnight stay. wish i could have stayed for atleast 2 days. privacy is excellent. nice place to stay for romance.

During my recent stay at a resort close to Cochin Airport, I was pleasantly surprised by the serene and peaceful atmosphere of Saj Earth Resort. The resort's layout around the swimming pool provided a soothing experience, and the rooms facing the pool added to the overall tranquility. The buffet breakfast offered a good selection of Kerala cuisine, which was a delightful experience. Additionally, the location of the resort was convenient for our family outing. I would recommend this resort for a quiet and relaxing stay near the airport.

The room was amazing and the pool was great... A lovely getaway within spitting distance of the airport... Great for a transit stay.

The restaurant had only a rudimentary menus of not great room service items... Of which they were out of half of the items... Not 5* in the least. Not that I needed them but there was supposed to be a lifeguard on duty from 7-7, there wasn't, there was instead a rather starey security guard.

The staff were friendly & made our stay a pleasant one.

The staff were attentive, clean rooms, convenient location near the airport, helpful with printing.

Terrible terrible staff: - Bad presentableness - Inability to to converse in major languages (Cochin is a major tourist city and thus, for a star hotel located near the airport where most tourists arrive at, it is necessary for them to be able to converse in major languages. Especially English which is an official language of the state of Kerala along with Malayalam) - It is very evident that they aren't well trained. They can't even handle phone calls properly and that can be perceived as rude. I would also like to comment on the maintenance of the hotel in general. It is clear that not enough of money is being spent on the maintenance and cleaning of the surroundings.

This hotel is very convenient if you need to catch an early flight, as it is very close to the airport. it is located in a beautiful natural area, which makes for a peaceful atmosphere. Some of the rooms are equipped with great facilities, like air conditioning and comfortable bedding, and the staff is known for being attentive. The breakfast and jacuzzi also impress guests who stay here.

Not all aspects of the hotel are enjoyable. Some areas, such as the restaurant and bar, are reported to lack ambiance and atmosphere.

I prefer to stay again at Saj Earth, whenever i will be at Nedumbassery.
